Can I reschedule my test with remote proctoring to a physical test center?
Yes. If you'd like to change your preferred test center from remote proctoring to a physical CLEP test center, and it's within seven days of your purchase, contact CLEP Services to cancel your registration and request a refund for your exam and the remote proctoring fee. In addition, you must log in to your Proctortrack account up to one hour before your appointment to cancel your appointment. If it has been more than seven days since your purchase, you must first reregister for and purchase your exam. Next, contact CLEP Services to cancel your remote-proctored exam registration and request a refund for the exam. Note: The remote proctoring fee is refundable within seven days of purchase, except for redeemed exams and redeemed remote proctoring sessions. After seven days, you won't receive a refund.
