CLEP Honors Awards Program

Congratulations to the 2026 CLEP Honors Recipients!

The CLEP Honors Awards is an annual program that recognizes CLEP test centers administering high volumes of CLEP exams, helping students earn college credit and advance their educational goals.

We value our longstanding relationships with institutions and organizations committed to expanding access to higher education and commend our test centers for their continued support in promoting CLEP.

National and Military Award Criteria

The 2026 CLEP Honors Awards for the top 20 qualifying centers were awarded based on exams administered from January 1 through December 31, 2025. 

Recipients are featured on the CLEP website and honored at the CLEP Honors Awards Reception during the ACCUPLACER and TSIA2 Conference and Training in San Antonio, Texas, on June 10, 2026.

CLEP Honors—National Achievement

The CLEP Honors National Achievement Award recognizes test centers that administer the highest volumes of CLEP exams. The 20 test centers with the highest exam volumes will receive this recognition.

CLEP Honors—Military Achievement

The CLEP Honors Military Achievement Award recognizes test centers that administer CLEP exams to the highest number of DANTES-funded test takers. The 20 test centers serving the greatest number of DANTES-funded test takers will receive this recognition.

High School Award Criteria

CLEP Honors—High School Achievement

2024–25 marks the inaugural year of the Top 50 CLEP High School Achievement Award, recognizing high schools that expand opportunities for students to earn college credit and advance their educational goals.

This distinction is awarded annually to 50 high schools nationwide whose students earn the highest number of college credits through CLEP exams. Credits are calculated based on ACE-recommended guidelines.
