Troubleshooting Missing Scores
Reasons for a Missing Student Name/Score
- Some scores takes longer to process: College Composition and Spanish with Writing take 2-3 weeks to be scored and won’t appear immediately after testing. Scores will be displayed once available.
- Student’s score is canceled or on hold: Scores can be canceled by the student at the end of their exam or by the CLEP program after a security investigation. Sometimes scores are also placed on hold because they require additional review.
- Student put incorrect or did not list attending school on their registration: If a student selected the wrong school or didn’t select a school during the registration process, they won’t be included your score report. To get a record of the student’s score, you may ask the student to download a test taker copy of their score report from the My CLEP Student Portal.
