How Districts Can Access CLEP Score Reports in Mid-November

In mid-November, K-12 districts will be able to access CLEP score reports by logging in to the My CLEP professional portal.

Below is information on what to expect.

Instructions

  1. Receiving a My CLEP Access Code

On October 31, 2024, CLEP district contacts who have ordered vouchers for the current or past academic year were emailed their new unique district code that will allow them to access CLEP scores within the My CLEP professional portal for the district and its associated schools.

If you’ve never logged in to My CLEP during the current academic year, you’ll be directed to the My CLEP Welcome page where you’ll click on Enter access code.

If someone from your organization has already entered an access code for the 2024-25 academic year, you’ll need to go to your College Board professional dashboard page, click edit under the Manage Access column for My CLEP, which will take you to the Manage Access to My CLEP page. On this page, you’ll enter your new district access code.

Districts new to CLEP can request a CLEP access code by logging in to the My CLEP professional portal with their district-level College Board professional account. Once logged in, click Don’t have an access code on the My CLEP Welcome page to request one.

Note: If anyone other than the CLEP district or alternate coordinator requests an access code, the request will be referred to their CLEP district coordinator.

  2. Identifying a CLEP District Coordinator

If you haven’t done so already, your organization will need to identify a CLEP district coordinator and alternate district coordinator to serve as the main CLEP point of contact for your district. They will be responsible for both placing voucher orders and/or accessing and downloading student scores. These individuals can be full- or part-time administrators, counselors, faculty members, or other institution staff members. Whoever the institution designates as the CLEP district coordinator/alternate coordinator must also agree to maintain strict confidentiality of the information and data contained in the My CLEP professional portal.

The district and alternate district coordinator (if available) should be the only individuals logging into the My CLEP professional portal. If others at your school or district need students’ scores, they must request scores through the CLEP coordinator/alternate to ensure student information remains secure.

  3. Logging in to My CLEP Professional Portal

Your organization's CLEP District Coordinator must enter the new CLEP district access code when logging into the My CLEP professional portal for the first time.

If your district has ordered vouchers for the current or past academic years (2023-24 or 2024-25), a district-level code was emailed on October 31, 2024. This code must be entered for the first time to gain access to CLEP scores for the district and its associated schools. Your local schools that already received a CLEP access code for the current academic year will continue to use the same code for both ordering vouchers and viewing/downloading scores.

  4. Accessing Score Reports

Districts can access students' scores within the My CLEP professional portal by clicking on the "Scores" tab. Use the following information to guide you through the available options.

    Table View

The table view only displays score data for students who used vouchers ordered by your district. Scores of students who used other funding (including vouchers ordered by your schools) won’t appear on this page but are included in the Export view.

    Export View

Click on Export Score Data to view all scores for the selected academic year, including students who used vouchers ordered by your district or by schools in your district. The file also contains scores for self-paid or other funded exams if students registered and included an AI code for a school in your district.

    School Specific View

To view scores for a particular school, click on your organization’s name at the top of the page, select a school from the dropdown list, and then click on the Scores tab for the selected school. Both the table and download views will be available.

    Access Prior Year Scores

Click on the academic year drop-down menu in the top left corner to view prior year scores. Once the academic year is selected, click on the "Scores" tab to access scores.
