Receive Your Organization’s Access Code for Ordering Student Vouchers

A CLEP access code for ordering student vouchers verifies that professionals using the My CLEP application have appropriate access to the site. In September 2023, access codes were emailed from [email protected] to the CLEP primary contact we have on file for organizations that have placed voucher orders in the past two academic years (i.e. June 1, 2021– May 31, 2022 and June 1, 2022 – May 31, 2023.)

Important Reminders about Your Access Code That's Required for Ordering Student Vouchers

  • The access code is unique to each organization. You can't use any other organization’s access code or share yours.
  • This code is different from the code issued for the K-12 Reporting Portal. Your K-12 Portal access code won’t work for the My CLEP Professional Portal and vice versa. 
  • The code is specific to the current academic year. Moving forward, organizations that order CLEP student vouchers will receive a new access code before July 1 of the following school year.
  • Your access code for the current academic year is active between September 21, 2023 and June 30, 2024.

Access Codes for District Users

If you’re a primary contact for a school district, you’ll receive an access code for your district and will automatically receive read-only access for schools within your district. Therefore, you won’t need to enter an access code for each of your schools.

Please note: District users can only log in to the My CLEP Professional Portal as their school district and order student vouchers as their district. They won't be able to log in as a school within their district.
