My CLEP Terms and Conditions

By accessing the My CLEP Professional Portal, you acknowledge and accept College Board’s Legal Terms for Educators and Institutions located at https://privacy.collegeboard.org/educator-legal-terms. College Board’s privacy policies are located at https://privacy.collegeboard.org/ (collectively, “Privacy Policies”) and are part of these Legal Terms for Educators and Institutions. By accessing the My CLEP Professional Website application, you agree that College Board can process your information in the ways described in our Privacy Policies.. You agree that no information from this tool will be shared or distributed, including but not limited to, posting to school or personal websites, social media platforms etc. and that doing so will jeopardize your ability to participate in CLEP.

You acknowledge that the CLEP My Account Student Portal collects confidential Personally Identifying Information (PII) for students taking part in an exam administration at your school or at another official CLEP test center and is provided for your official use only. You acknowledge that you have the authority and permission to access your student’s PII. By accessing the this portal, you certify that: (a) you are accessing and downloading only the student information which you are authorized to view; (b) you agree to maintain strict confidentiality of the information and data included in these reports, including student photos; and (c) you agree not to share any student information obtained through this portal, including photos, with any individuals at your institution who do not have a "need to know" or any third party outside your institution.

You agree that all CLEP Exam orders submitted are related to individuals who are eligible to take CLEP exams. Furthermore, you agree to adhere to all policies and procedures as described within the CLEP Test Administrator’s Handbook and the CLEP Information for Test Takers Bulletin.

You acknowledge that any information supplied through this tool is accurate to the full extent of your knowledge, and that if any inaccuracies for which you are capable of correcting through the tool are identified and corrected through the tool, as available. You acknowledge and agree that the information you supply through the tool may be shared with researchers and subcontractors.
