Why can't I get a receipt from Proctortrack?
You didn't make a payment to Proctortrack; payment was made to CLEP. Your registration ticket serves as your receipt. When you log in to your Proctortrack account, your student dashboard page will display registration and scheduling information for your CLEP exam(s) but not payment information.
Payment details for your exam and remote proctoring fees can be viewed by logging in to the My CLEP student portal and selecting the "Order History" tab. Click on the appropriate Exam Card to view payment details for remote proctoring.
