Why can't I get a receipt from Proctortrack?

You didn't make a payment to Proctortrack; payment was made to CLEP. Your registration ticket serves as your receipt. When you log in to your Proctortrack account, your student dashboard page will display registration and scheduling information for your CLEP exam(s) but not payment information. Payment details will be included in the registration confirmation email sent by CLEP. You can also view payment details for your exam and remote proctoring fees by logging in to CLEP My Account and going to the My Account Overview page. Under Recent Purchases, click on the appropriate order ID to view payment details for remote proctoring.
