Who can I contact if I have questions or problems?
You can contact CLEP Technical Support if you have any questions or problems about CLEP test center administrator training. Representatives are available by phone from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday.
You can also email Technical Support. You’ll receive a response within two business days from an agent. If your issue can’t be resolved during your initial response, you’ll be contacted again within three business days with either a resolution to your inquiry or a status update.
