E-learning will be offered prior to your site’s activation. At that time, only one person, the current primary test center administrator (PTCA), will be notified by email of training and certification. Please note that training must be completed in advance of your transition appointment as part of the activation process. Failure to do so will result in the delay of your test center's activation.
The person who serves as the PTCA will be responsible for ensuring that the test center administrators complete their training after the activation is completed at your test center. One TCA must complete training and be certified before the activation can be completed.
