What happens when the test taker's check-in is rejected because the name on the ID doesn’t match the name on the Proctortrack account?

The test taker should call 800-257-9558. CLEP Services will determine if the name was entered into the My Account incorrectly or changed after the ticket was purchased. This may require the test taker to cancel the original ticket and purchase a new one with the correct name.
