What happens if there is a problem with a registration ticket?

If you receive an error message after entering a test taker's ticket ID, that message will describe the appropriate course of action. Depending on the error, testing may proceed with a Center Problem Report (CPR), or the test taker or CLEP Services may need to correct the information via My Account.
