What is the check-in process like?

For the check-in process, you’ll first need to log in to your Proctortrack account and go to your dashboard page at your scheduled appointment time. Click on the Begin Test button to start your testing session and confirm the Proctortrack Chrome plug-in is installed at this stage.

Complete the authentication steps by reading through and agreeing to the exam guidelines as well as verifying your identity through Proctortrack's face and ID scan. Once confirmed, you’ll use your camera and cellphone to complete the room scan and then wait for the proctor to approve.

To begin your test, you’ll be asked to share your desktop with the proctor and then click on Start Proctoring. You’ll launch the ETS test browser, and the proctor will provide information to start your exam.

After you've completed your exam, your scores will be displayed immediately, unless you took College Composition or Spanish with Writing. Scores for those exams are available online through CLEP My Account two to three weeks after testing. After viewing your score, click the End button to end your testing session.
