Are my CLEP exam purchases or CLEP exam preparation materials purchases refundable?

CLEP exam and CLEP examination guide study material purchases are refundable. 

The policy is as follows:

• CLEP exam fees and CLEP remote proctoring fees are refundable for up to seven days from the date of purchase, except for redeemed tests and redeemed remote proctoring sessions.
• CLEP e-guides are refundable within seven days of the purchase date. The customer will be required to submit a Letter of Destruction to process the refund of the CLEP e-guide.

Please make sure that you have thoroughly researched your exam and study material selections prior to paying for them.

To cancel a CLEP item, log in to the My CLEP student portal and go to the Order History tab. Find the order card that contains the item you’d like to cancel and click on the arrow to go to the order details page. On this page, click on the link to cancel items in the order.
